VIRTUAL EXPO

Welcome to the Fintech Inn Lithuania Virtual Expo Zone, where digital tools are employed to multiply the achievement of set goals. An interactive 3D expo hall, brought to us by Onvent, accommodates 30+ fintech industry brands in the virtual exhibition and provides direct communication channels via video & voice calls and chats.

It is a fantastic opportunity to meet potential business partners, introduce products, services and trends or simply exchange information.

If your company wishes to participate in the expo, please complete the form, this will save considerable time and allow us to fast-track your admittance.

-Participation at the exhibition is free of charge for 30 booths. Seeing that, our exhibition sparked great interest among participants, we have negotiated with our platform providers a possibility to add paid booths. If you would like to be concidered for a paid booth, please click on „interested in paid booth“ button in the application form.

-Price for a paid booth is 150 Eur (all taxes included) for 2days. All communication and payments will be conducted through the platform’s manager directly.

-The deadline for submitting the application is 30 September 2021.

Please note: The event is organised by Fintech LT, a governmental project of Lithuania, together with key players of the Lithuanian fintech ecosystem. Our goal is to foster the fintech ecosystem and provide equal opportunities. Therefore, expo applications will be prioritized by the novelty and the uniqueness of the company. Additional consideration will be given for participation at hackathons and for other fintech-related awards. Only fintech companies and associations will be considered for expo participation applications. If a company meets the criteria but was not offered a free booth by the jury, a possibility to have a paid stand will be organized.

Assessment of the participants will be made by a jury of experts. We seek to ensure fairness and will provide exhibition spaces for each category: Online Investment & P2P, Payments & Remittances, RegTech & Identity, InsurTech, Financial Software, POS, Digital Banking, Blockchain & Digital Assets, Lending, Cybersecurity and Associations & Hubs.

Selection criteria:

  • The novelty of the company;
  • The uniqueness of the product;
  • The additional points for the participation in hackathons, other fintech-related awards.

Virtual Expo Zone features:

  • Live chat;
  • Video call;
  • Possibility to download company’s brochure;
  • Upload company’s logo;
  • Upload standard video format;
  • Upload company’s web links – provide weblinks for easy access and connection from the audience;
  • Possibility to choose from 3 different booth design templates;
  • Possibility to add up to 5 avatars to your booth (for Live chats) – full body picture of your booth representatives.
